Ukraine has been though a lot of change in the last five years, but many feel its pace has been excruciatingly slow and the momentum for reform has been lost. As Ukraine approaches its second presidential elections since the Revolution of Dignity, how plausible is a possibility that changes could be rolled back? Or has Ukraine passed a point of no-return? What factor will be pressing for more change in the next five-year? What to make of the reform of the state institutions? of the elite change? What are the values shifts driving this change?

The talk will be in English and will be moderated by Marina Pesenti, Director of Ukrainian Institute London.
