Ukrainian Cellist Yaroslava Trofmychuk performs a varied programme of works by Sergei Prokofiev and Sergei Rachmaninoff. Having studied at the National Academy of Ukraine, Trofmychuk is pursuing a Masters degree at the Royal College of Music, studying under Natalie Clein. She has won various competitions throughout Europe, most recently winning a place on the Philharmonia Orchestra’s string fellowship programme.
Young Artists’ Platform showcases exceptional musicians at the start of their musical career, with generous support from the Philharmonia Orchestra.
