What: The 16th Annual I WILL TELL International Film Festival is a spectacular hybrid event running Thursday July 7th – 16th . The festival opens at the BFI, Southbank and continues at the Tabernacle, Notting Hill and closes at the Prince Charles Cinema, Leicester Square.

The 16th Annual I WILL TELL International Film Festival is a spectacular hybrid event running Thursday July 7th – 16th . The festival opens at the BFI, Southbank and continues at the Tabernacle, Notting Hill and closes at the Prince Charles Cinema, Leicester Square. Screenings and Q&As are available to livestream throughout the festival.

The in-person events cover 7th – 10th July and 14 th – 16th July. Livestreams to the in-person events are available on line and all previously screened films can be accessed online throughout the festival 7th – 16th July.

 

  • Opening: The Opening Gala at the BFI is the premiere of CLOCK which will have a second screening at Prince Charles Cinema. This British urban coming of age story directed by Lola Atkins.
  • Event #2: This is followed by Premiere screenings at the Tabernacle, Notting Hill to include a short film collection, the documentary Send Proof and the biopic Remember Me: The Mahalia Jackson Story.
  • Closing weekend: The entire closing weekend of the festival will be held at the Prince Charles Cinema, in particular one of the festival highlights is the CLOSING PEACE GALA and Premiere of SLOVO HOUSE: UNFINISHED NOVEL, a challenging Ukrainian epic on the relationship between authority, power and creativity. Speakers for the Q&A for this event include the Filmmakers, the Ukrainian Ambassador and representatives from countries around the world with underreported crises.
