Ukrainian chef and author of ‘Mamushka’and ‘Kaukasis, Olia Hercules, who will be discussing her love of the food of Eastern Europe. Focusing on the region of Caucasus, the vibrant area bridging Europe and Asia and incorporating Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Iran, Russia and Turkey, Olia will be discussing her experience growing up in Ukraine and what inspired her to shed light on the food on this little-known culinary region.
