PHOTO EXHIBITION & FILM SCREENING: MAIDAN RISING
PS ACME is proud to present a new exhibition dedicated to the remembrance of Ukrainian heroes. The project is a collaboration of Ukrainian and Polish photographers, who felt the ‘Maidan pain’ at different periods of time and reflected on it through their work.
Award-winning Polish photographer, DAMIAN CHROBAK was in Maidan Square at the height of the struggle and his testimony – as well as his outstanding photographs – form the first half of the documentary 40 DAYS and photography exhibition. OLGA KRAVCHENKO, an art student currently finishing her degree in London, captured the grief of 40 days after over 100 protestors were shot and killed at Maidan Square in her images.
