The EU and Russia report: Seminar in Palace of Westminster

The House of Lords Sub-Committee on External Affairs is holding a discussion on their new report: The EU and Russia: before and beyond the crisis in Ukraine.
The seminar will include remarks by Lord Tugendhat, introducing the findings of the report, and comments by Sir Rodric Braithwaite, former British Ambassador to Russia, Rory Stewart MP and Michael Binyon, foreign affairs specialist for The Times, followed by an open Q&A session.
Areas of discussion will include the run-up to the crisis in Ukraine, Russian foreign policy, EU policy in response to events, the role of the UK and loss of analytical capacity in the Foreign Office and finally, the future of EU-Russia relations.
