British-Ukrainian Aid and Ukraine Charity are delighted to invite you for a very special afternoon of enchanting classical music performed by the musicians of the Royal Opera House Orchestra together with international celebrity soloists and music virtuosos from Ukraine.
The programme will feature:
- Roman Simovic (violin, concertmeister at LSO)
- Natalya Pasichnyk (piano, Director of Ukrainian Institute in Sweden)
- Alina Bzhezhinska (harp, professor of harp at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland)
as well as members of the Royal Opera House Orchestra including:
- Andriy Viytovych (viola)
- Tom Seligman (conductor)
- Anna Blackmur (violín)
- Soh-Yon Kim (violín)
- Martin Field (contrabassoon)
& showcase popular classical music as well as rarely played pieces by the Ukrainian composer Maksym Berezovskyi.
All funds raised will go towards humanitarian projects in Ukraine
