On the 23rd August 1989, over two million Estonians, Latvians and Lithuanians joined hands to form a 600km human chain which ran from Tallinn in Estonia, through Riga in Latvia, all the way to Vilnius in Lithuania in peaceful protest. To commemorate this occasion, LaLonda and Verdene are organising a two day festival to unite all people from the Baltics who now reside in England on this important historical date.
It is a charity concert in support of UKRAINE
This year Estonians, Latvians and Lithuanians express their solidarity with Ukrainians as so invited them to participate in the concert as well. All profit and donations gotten by Ukrainian stalls will be used for the medical treatment of injured Ukrainians.
