21st Annual Lobanovskiy Cup – 5-a-side Football Charity Tournament in Support of Ukrainian Donbas with all proceeds going to the victims of war in Ukraine

Teams Application deadline: Applications for the tournament will be accepted until the 12th June 2015.

Registration fee per team: £100 (minimum number of players: 7 players). If a team has more than 10 players registration fee will be 10 pounds for each player (for example, 11 players – 110 pounds).
Payment: Registration fee must be paid to the following account: HSBC, RBFSA, Sort Code 40-05-21, Account Number: 11501550. Please indicate your team’s name as a payment reference.
Regulations and the basic rules of the tournament: all teams must have uniforms, official mini-football (5-a-side) rules will apply. Detailed information will be provided upon application.
